Day 26: Miles 379-404

When I draw something I look at the scenery in greater detail. it helps me connect to and understand the landscape.
Janelle! She saved a little each month to be able to take time off and be a trail angel.
TALK TO ME
The clouds rushed over the ridge during this magic of a sunset.

6:45 am start hike
-Didn’t see a soul for the first 3 hours
-Adam from Mass @ Lil Jimmy Spring
-Painted pic at top of climb of cloud inversion
-Pocket sour patch kids slapped!
-Trail magic lunch from Janelle!
-Road walk/dance bc trail closed for yellow-legged frog
-Dip in creek
-Smooth miles to camp, felt real comfortable after a big day.
-Sunset from top of hill. Dust Off (Mary) and Stumbleweed (Octavia) at top. Clouds flowing over ridge, amazing.
-Above clouds whole day
-For no reason another best day
-Was cracking good jokes all day
