Day 10: Mile 139-157
5/4/2022 Burger @ Porter Valley. Sat with Biscuit and Lobster, they debated/argued about the prison system’s ability to rehab murderers. Waitress yells out as we leave “Hiker Trash thank you!”Best sunset yet. Feet acting up. Was better today than yesterday. Camped under a tree w/ a sunset view.

Day 9: Mile 115-139
5/3/22 Miles Woke up 5:37 am. Start hiking 6:15 am10 miles to water source @ Mike’s place. Walked with Asaf for next hour forty-five. Lunch at mile 131 @ 1 pm. Hickory smoked tuna, fire. Phone calls to end day. J w/ Bodie at last water source. Camped @ gunshot field w/ Asaf and Bodie.
